Yes. All order information is processed through our secure servers. This security feature scrambles all information before it is sent over the Internet. Your credit card data are encrypted and transmitted to a secure server for online credit card approval. It's really no different than using your credit card in a restaurant. The URL will start with https, or you will see a green lock icon, confirming that you are on the secure server. Once your credit card is validated, we receive an authorisation, we confirm this to you, and subsequently send you your parcel. Your credit card information is encrypted throughout this entire process and the system is very secure. You don't need to be concerned about someone you don't want to access your credit card information.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed.  However we do understand there are moments when you may have a change of mind. We are always willing to help out and accommodate your wishes so that  you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.  Kindly send us an email within 6- 8  hours of placing  the order and we will try to find a solution. However, we have a 15 day return policy and you can easily return an item purchased.

We try our best to ship your order within a maximum of  3 working days from the date you place your order.
Carefully, because we want your product to arrive in pristine condition! Our parcels are be shipped and delivered to you via POSTNL  In some countries, POSTNL works with a local courier to get your parcel to you. If the shipment can fit through a standard mailbox opening, delivery will be via regular mail.
At Urban Medley we stand by each product we sell. However if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will happily take a return. We work with a 14 day cancellation policy. This means within 14 days of receiving the product you need to inform us about your decision to return. You do not have to give us a reason to return but we would really like to know why the item did not meet your approval. You can return it to us within 14 days of   informing us about your decision to return. We will  refund the purchase price for the product. .You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The fastest way to process your return:
  • First, contact us by e-mail at [email protected]  before returning any product or parcel.
  • Please mention your order number
  • Indicate the reason for the return so we can improve our service and product quality
  • Finally, return your products in the original packaging and include the invoice and/or packing slip.

  1. Pl write to us at [email protected]  mentioning your ORDER NUMBER and  the reason you are returning a specific item.
  2. Return the item in the original packaging or at least a similar one suitable for shipping not later than 14 days form the day you informed us that you would like to return the product.
  3. Item should not be used, washed  or damaged. Pl do not remove the tags from the products.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, it will be checked, and refund will be processed within 14 working days.
  5. Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used to pay for the original order.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost paid at time of  purchase. The cost for returning the product is NOT refunded.
We do not exchange products however we do understand that sometimes it may be unavoidable. In case you want to exchange please write to us at; [email protected] we will surely find a solution.
Delivery time is country specific.  Orders to Netherlands and Belgium  are delivered within 1- 2 days. For all other countries within the EU deliveries are made maximum within 5 days. Orders to USA can take from 7-10 days. Pl note we monitor all orders once they are shipped out and will alert you in case we see a possible delay in the delivery time. However we are not able to confirm exact delivery time.  We try our best to use the most optimal shipping method so that you receive your goods safely and as quickly as possible.
