WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS ?

Delivery time is country specific. Orders to Netherlands and Belgium are delivered within 1- 2 days. For all other countries within the EU deliveries are made maximum within 5 days. Orders to USA can take from 7-10 days. Pl note we monitor all orders once they are shipped out and will alert you in case we see a possible delay in the delivery time. However we are not able to confirm exact delivery time. We try our best to use the most optimal shipping method so that you receive your goods safely and as quickly as possible.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed. However we do understand there are moments when you may have a change of mind. We are always willing to help out and accommodate your wishes so that you have a pleasant shopping experience with us. Kindly send us an email within 6- 8 hours of placing the order and we will try to find a solution. However, we have a 15 day return policy and you can easily return an item purchased.

Carefully, because we want your product to arrive in pristine condition! Our parcels are be shipped and delivered to you via POSTNL In some countries, POSTNL works with a local courier to get your parcel to you. If the shipment can fit through a standard mailbox opening, delivery will be via regular mail.
