CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost paid at time of purchase. The cost for returning the product is NOT refunded.HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS ?
We work with a 14 day cancellation policy. This means within 14 days of receiving the product you need to inform us about your decision to return. You do not have to give us a reason to return but we would really like to know why the item did not meet your approval.- Pl write to us at info@urbanmedley.com mentioning your ORDER NUMBER and the reason you are returning a specific item.
- Return the item in the original packaging or at least a similar one suitable for shipping not later than 14 days form the day you informed us that you would like to return the product.
- Item should not be used, washed or damaged. Pl do not remove the tags from the products.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be checked, and refund will be processed within 14 working days.
- Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used to pay for the original order.
